| Calvin S. Koonce, President and Managing Director |
| Calvin S. Koonce, born 12/9/37 holds a B.S. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in physics from the University of California at Berkeley. Before founding Koonce Securities, he worked as a theoretical physicist at the National Bureau of Standards where he contributed numerous articles to professional journals. Currently Chairman, an Account Executive, and sole shareholder of Koonce Securities, Inc., he also is an 85% shareholder of Montgomery. As President of Montgomery, Dr. Koonce is also a Managing Director and participates in formulating investment policies and rendering of investment advice to clients. He serves on the board of VSE Corporation. He lives in Potomac, Maryland with his wife.

| Martin F. Oppenheimer, Vice President and Managing Director |
| Martin F. Oppenheimer, born 8/24/48, holds a B.A. degree from Yale University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Before joining Koonce Securities, he was a lawyer in private practice in Washington, D.C., and a partner in the predecessor organization to Opus Capital. Currently Vice President, Institutions and an Account Executive for Koonce Securities, he is also a 10% shareholder of Montgomery. As Vice President and Managing Director of Montgomery, Mr. Oppenheimer participates in the formulation of investment advice to clients. He lives in Potomac, Maryland with his wife.

| F. Scott Koonce, Treasurer and Managing Director |
| F. Scott Koonce, born 1/4/72, is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in finance. As a logical progression from college he joined Koonce Securities as Senior Trader and is now President of Koonce Securities and a Portfolio Manager for Montgomery.
Mr. Koonce participates in formulating investment policies and rendering investment advice to clients. He is a licensed Registered Representative and Securities Principal for Koonce Securities and a 5% shareholder of Montgomery. He lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland with his wife and three children.

| Laura C. Murphy, Vice President

| Laura C. Murphy, born 9/19/54 is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She started in the securities industry in 1980 when she joined Koonce Securities. Ms. Murphy continues her affiliation with Koonce Securities as a Corporate Officer, Principal and a licensed Registered Representative. In 1987, Ms. Murphy participated in the formulation of Montgomery Investment Management. Ms. Murphy continues to serve as an officer and director overseeing compliance and administrative issues. Ms. Murphy lives in Mt. Airy, Maryland with her husband.

| Elaine V. Schuler, Vice President

Elaine V. Schuler, born 7/31/65, is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Finance and Economics. Prior to joining Montgomery in 2003, Ms. Schuler was Vice President of Derivative Operations at Bankers Trust Company in New York and also worked in operations at Highfields Capital Management in Boston. Ms. Schuler manages Montgomery's client files and portfolio statements, compiles and reports account performance statistics, organizes research and is responsible for the operational controls of the accounts. She lives in Cabin John, Maryland.
